- ID must be shown at time of purchase.
- Prices subject to 5% GST and 2% Lift Tax
- Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risk and
indemnity agreement must be signed.
- Powder King reserves the right to request proof of eligibility for pass category.
- Categories are determined by age as of December 31, 2008.
